Outside elements on one side did not work at all

On the right hand side of the toaster, the outside elements did not come on at all.

In bagel model the outside elements will provide low heat as compared to the inside elements however, in this case, the outside elements didnt come on either. Really disappointing, exchanged for another which works as it should.

Bought and returned two toasters before buying this Padernoa bit more money than most but worth the extra expensevery good functionality and it actually toasts whats put in italso looks good on the counter.if it goes on sale all the better ??

No good

I have gone thru 2 of them. They are no good. They do not toast evenly or on both sides. Disappointed considering price. Trying a different brand.
