Use and Care:
Wet the surface with a small stream of hot water when cleaning for the first time. Use as little water as possible. Never use soap or detergent, which may affect the taste of foods cooked on the pizza stone.
To clean your Vida by PADERNO Pizza Stone, scrape off excess food with a spatula or scraper. After the stone has cooled down following use, run it under hot water while scrubbing with a brush. Due to natural properties of the baking stone, it will darken and spot with age. Do not attempt to remove this discolouration as it may damage your stone. Air-dry stone immediately and store in a cool dry place. Do not allow the stone to remain wet for long periods of time.
