Thicker but logo on both side??

I was happy when I saw the thickness but I don't understand why they put the logo on both side, The stone should be flat on my point of view

Great size. Great pizza.

We love this pizza stone as its much larger than our other one. That makes a big difference as we can choose to make our pizza bigger or smaller whereas we dont have that choice with a smaller stone. The crust comes out great golden brown and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.. were really happy with it.

Excellent ceramic pizza stone, as long as it has time to heat.

These work great and a lot of cities are finally getting pizza from local favourites in frozen form. To use it:
1. Crank the burners and close the lid. Get the heat above 450.
2. Give it another 4-5 minutes for the stone to fully heat, otherwise the crust may stick at the end. Work the burners so the temp hovers around 500.
3. While the BBQ is heating, you can brush the edge of your crust with a mix of olive oil and water. This will keep the crust soft and chewy rather than hard and crusty. This gets more important with thicker wheels.
3. Pizza on, timer on.
4. Check at 5 min. If your temps are up it should be browning nicely and any cheese should boil a little. Unless the toppings are really thick you won't need more than 5-6 min at the proper heat.
