The Vida by PADERNO Essence Series Reversible Cast Iron Grill and Griddle Allows you to cook your favourite comfort foods on the griddle side such as grilled cheese, bacon and sunny-side up eggs, while the grooved surface on the grill side creates perfect grill marks on meats, vegetables, seafood and more. It’s BBQ, oven and stovetop safe up to 425°C (797°F) and made of cast iron construction for even heat distribution and retention. It can also be used in place of cooking grates on Vida by PADERNO Essence Series BBQs.

Care Instructions
  • Wash before first use and after each use
  • To preserve the useful life of your reversible grill and griddle, hand wash with warm water only and dry immediately
  • Cast iron is pourous, do not allow to soak
  • Do not wash in the dishwasher
  • Periodically apply a small amount of vegetable oil to surface

Over priced

Use on my camp stove little overpriced however it is a good addition

Parfait!

Je voulais faire des "smash" burger mais, je ne voulais pas ncessairement acheter un blackstone. C'est un excellent compromis facile utiliser et ce nettoie bien. Fit parfait avec bbq paderno!
