Elite Series 32cm Stainless Steel Clad Frypan

Used first time to cook tofu. Used olive oil and browned tofu. Some did stick to pan but not an issue when tomatoes and liquid was added to deglaze pan. Made a great ma pao tofu dish. Cleaning was easy with warm water and dish soap. No need for non stick when steel can do the job. Tofu had a much richer taste compared to non stick.

Burns and washing difficulty

The is s nice looking pan but it warped and discoloured after the first use on medium-high heat while attempting to make smash burgers. The warping made it no longer useable on my glass convection stove top.

The fine print on the inside of the label says it's only meant for low to medium heat, and you can only use it on high heat when reducing liquids. I feel this is important information that should be clearly indicated on the front of the package or on the webpage for this product.

I feel it warped because of the layered metal construction. I'm not sure if solid stainless steel pan would perform better.

I ended up returning it and buying a cast iron pan instead, which works much better for smash burgers.

Compares well to higher priced pans. Stainless steel pans can be the best nonstick easy clean pan you could ever get. Vida by Paderno lives up to this claim!

Is this dishwasher safe or Not??? Product says dishwasher safe. Description says dishwasher safe. Brought it home, cleaned and cooked on it. Read the packaging as throwing out and it says NOT dishwasher safe.
