1. Combine the panko, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne (if using) and salt in a shallow dish. Stir well to combine.
2. Whisk the eggs and milk together in another shallow bowl until very well combined.
3. Working one at a time, dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, coating all sides, then letting the excess egg mixture drip off back into the bowl. Transfer to the panko mixture and roll to coat completely. Transfer to the basket of Vida by PADERNO Air Fryer Toaster Oven, 6 Slice. Repeat with remaining florets. Drizzle each floret with a little oil.
4. Air-fry at 400F for 10 - 14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
5. Sprinkle with fresh chili and serve with lime wedges and Thai sweet chili sauce, if desired.
